Terms of Service

This store (inpireco.com, "Inpire Co.") is operated by Pride Of Misfits, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise shown. Because every piece is cut from handwoven aguayo textile, pattern placement varies between pieces; product photos show representative examples. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, address problems, or stock errors — always with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All brand assets, product designs, photography, and site content are the property of Pride Of Misfits or used under licence. Traditional Andean patterns on the textiles are cultural heritage; our claim covers our cuts, marks, and media only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law in your country or in Korea.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under Korean law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
