Shipping

We ship from our workshop to almost everywhere with tracking, Latin America included, and shipping is free on any order of $60 or more, which is what two caps cost. Here is what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens with duties.

Where we ship

Almost any country: the United States and Canada, all of Europe, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and the rest of Latin America, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Asia. If your country is in the country selector in the footer, we can ship to you; there are more than two hundred.

What it costs and how long it takes

Standard tracked shipping, 7 to 14 working days: for one cap, $7 to $8 to Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Southeast Asia; $9 to $10 to Australia and New Zealand; $11 to $12 to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Brazil; $14 to the United States; $15 to $19 to the rest of Europe and Latin America. A few countries, among them Portugal, Greece, Denmark and the Czech Republic, only take EMS, from $29. Rates follow Korea Post's own prices by country and weight, and the exact figure is shown at checkout. Free on any order of $60 or more, anywhere. EMS express is also offered at checkout, faster and dearer.

Duties and taxes

Prices do not include your country's import duties or taxes. If your customs office applies them, the carrier collects them on delivery. In the European Union and the United Kingdom that is most orders. For the United States we prepay the duties when we ship, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. We say it plainly so there is no surprise at the door.

Latin America

Yes, we ship to Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil, tracked, $12 to $19 for one cap (Brazil $12, Mexico $15, Chile $16, Peru $17, Argentina and Colombia $19) or free from $60. It is where the pattern has its roots, and where it makes the most sense for it to return. Import duties, if your customs office applies them, are collected by the carrier on delivery; in several countries in the region they are high, so check before you order. If you are unsure about your country, write to us.

Returns

If something arrives wrong, write within 14 days with a photo and we sort it: replacement or refund. Each cap is cut from a different part of the cloth, so the stripe placement on yours is its own; that is not a defect, it is the cloth.
