Shipping

We ship from our workshop to almost everywhere with tracking, Latin America included, and shipping is free on any order of $60 or more, which is what two caps cost. Here is what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens with duties.

Where we ship

Almost any country: the United States and Canada, all of Europe, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and the rest of Latin America, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Asia. If your country is in the country selector in the footer, we can ship to you; there are more than two hundred.

What it costs and how long it takes

Standard tracked shipping, 7 to 14 working days: $12 for one cap to the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Oceania; $10 to Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan; $12 to Southeast Asia. Free on any order of $60 or more, anywhere. EMS express is also offered at checkout, faster and dearer.

Duties and taxes

Prices do not include your country's import duties or taxes. If your customs office applies them, the carrier collects them on delivery. In the European Union and the United Kingdom that is most orders; in the United States, since 2025, small orders too. We say it plainly so there is no surprise at the door.

Latin America

Yes, we ship to Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia and Brazil, tracked, $12 for one cap or free from $60. It is where the cloth was born and where it makes the most sense for it to return. Import duties, if your customs office applies them, are collected by the carrier on delivery; in several countries in the region they are high, so check before you order. If you are unsure about your country, write to us.

Returns

If something arrives wrong, write within 14 days with a photo and we sort it: replacement or refund. Every brim is cut from handwoven cloth, so the stripe placement on your cap is its own; that is not a defect, it is the cloth.
