Returns & Refunds
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How to start a return
Email contact@prideofmisfits.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
Return shipping
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days to appear.
A note on handwoven textiles
Every Inpire piece is cut from handwoven aguayo cloth — stripe placement and pattern position vary from piece to piece. This variation is the nature of the craft, not a defect, and is not grounds for a defect claim. The photos show a representative example of each design.
Non-returnable
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without prior confirmation cannot be refunded.
Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, statutory withdrawal rights (7 days from receipt) are guaranteed and are not limited by this policy.
EU/EEA customers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@prideofmisfits.com within that period. Return shipping for a change-of-mind withdrawal is paid by the customer. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.
